On October 9, news emerged that a company had, on September 30, 2026, previously made public its intention to issue A-shares to a maximum of 35 designated investors. The anticipated total fundraising amount is capped at 2.83 billion yuan, a development that has garnered substantial interest.
As per the issuance plan, the proceeds will be channeled into several projects. These include the enhancement of digital copyright content resources, the creation of IP-derived content, the research, development, and upgrading of AI large model technologies, the technological advancement of the AIGC multimodal content platform, and the technological enhancement of intelligent middleware systems.
In light of this, the company is mandated to:
(1) Provide a detailed explanation of the commercial logic and technical viability of the fundraising projects. This should take into account the company's R&D expenditure, technological capabilities, and the allocation of R&D personnel. Additionally, an analysis of their impact on the company's product range and operations is required.
(2) Justify the rationale behind the fundraising project planning, considering the technological trends and market needs within the AIGC sector.
(3) Undertake a comprehensive economic benefit assessment for each fundraising project. This should integrate the aforementioned responses and anticipated metrics such as revenue, profit, and return on investment.
