On October 6, NVIDIA's (NVDA.O) stock price hit a new high for the first time in four months, with analysts maintaining an optimistic outlook on its prospects. On Monday, NVIDIA's stock closed at $237.58, giving it a market capitalization of approximately $5.76 trillion. Wedbush analyst Matt Bryson noted that as NVIDIA gradually approaches its future financial goals, the market is increasingly focusing on the gap between its growth prospects and current valuation. He expects NVIDIA to grow at a rate of 70%, and with the current stock price trading at less than 20 times the expected earnings per share for the next fiscal year, it appears somewhat undervalued. Despite facing competitive pressure from peers and customers, NVIDIA's position in the AI infrastructure sector remains solid. BNP Paribas analyst Karl Ackerman highlighted this point in a report last week and raised NVIDIA's target stock price to $345, representing a 45% upside from Monday's closing price.
