The total market turnover of the Hang Seng Index was HK$98.102 billion, lower than the previous trading day's HK$145.804 billion. On the market front, overall trading volume noticeably decreased, with the semiconductor and AI application sectors standing out throughout the day. Sectors such as PCB and optical communications led the gains, while pharmaceutical, airline, and mainland property stocks underperformed. In terms of individual stocks, Zhipu (02513.HK) rose 6.15%, Shenyan Intelligent (02723.HK) increased by 7.25%, and Kingboard Laminates (01888.HK) surged 11.94%. On the downside, Kaisa Group (01638.HK) dropped 12%, Hengrui Medicine (01276.HK) fell 2.58%, and China Eastern Airlines (00670.HK) declined 2.81%.
