According to reports, the IPO filing submitted by artificial intelligence company Anthropic indicates that its business is highly reliant on a small number of tech giants and clients. In 2025, Anthropic generated approximately $2.16 billion in sales through Amazon and Google Cloud platforms, accounting for 47% of its annual revenue. The company's revenue surged to around $4.6 billion in 2025, a 12-fold increase from the previous year, with approximately $3.8 billion derived from consumer revenue generated by users paying based on their usage of the Claude AI model, and subscription revenue reaching $789 million. During the same period, the company's operating loss exceeded $8 billion, more than doubling from the previous period.
