The average compensation paid to equity partners in Deloitte UK's business reached approximately £1.13 million (about $1.5 million) last year, marking a 7% year-on-year increase. The firm stated that the growth in demand for artificial intelligence consulting services boosted profits. During the fiscal year ending May 31, Deloitte UK's revenue saw a modest 2% increase, reaching approximately £5.8 billion, with relevant data announced in a statement on Wednesday. Deloitte UK CEO Darren Graves said that AI has shifted from being 'more of a tool-level issue to a change management issue,' with clients focusing on AI deployment, trustworthiness, and cybersecurity. He stated, 'The sustained growth in demand has driven our performance.'
