On September 29th, Meta made an announcement about introducing a suite of integrated productivity services for its Muse AI agent. By connecting to platforms such as Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Intuit QuickBooks, Slack, Stripe, and Zoom, users can empower Muse to carry out specific tasks on their behalf. Vishal Shah, the Vice President of Product at Meta AI, disclosed that currently, one-third of Muse users have integrated it with their Instagram business profiles, Facebook pages, or other business-related accounts. Moreover, over 1,500 businesses have expressed interest in integrating with Muse. According to data from market research firm Sensor Tower, since its launch, the Muse app has maintained a top position on the U.S. Apple App Store charts for more than a week, amassing over 3.4 million downloads.
