According to the Tianyancha app, Yingxin Zhizao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. has recently undergone industrial and commercial modifications. Notably, Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Zhiyuan Robot—has been added as a new shareholder. Concurrently, the company's registered capital has been raised from RMB 30 million to RMB 30.6 million. Established in June 2026 and legally represented by Zhang Pengling, the company's business scope encompasses the development of artificial intelligence application software, as well as the research, development, and sales of intelligent robots. Following the adjustment in its shareholder structure, the company is now jointly owned by Landian Touch (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhiyuan Innovation.
