The prospectus shows that in its pitch to IPO investors, Anthropic outlined its development blueprint for transformative artificial intelligence technology. According to the prospectus data, Anthropic's revenue reached $4.59 billion in fiscal year 2025, surging by 1088% year-on-year. However, after excluding the impact of liability impairment related to early-stage financing, the company's operating loss still exceeded $8 billion. Anthropic disclosed that nearly a quarter of its revenue last year was concentrated among two clients and warned in the risk factors that many of its major clients have not signed long-term contracts, and may reduce or cease spending in the future. Additionally, the prospectus also revealed that Anthropic plans to invest $518 billion in cloud computing, computing resources, and infrastructure over the next year.
