Tencent’s local AI assistant, QClaw (widely recognized as Xiaolongxia), has released an official statement indicating that, owing to strategic business adjustments, it will permanently cease operations at the stroke of midnight on December 24, 2026. Effective immediately from the announcement date, QClaw will discontinue new user registrations and suspend the purchase and renewal of subscription services. Users who have enabled automatic renewals will no longer incur charges. Prior to the shutdown, users can continue to utilize the service without interruption, and any accumulated points in their accounts remain usable until their expiration dates. Following the cessation, all functionalities will be disabled, with the exception of data backup and migration services. Users holding unused, valid subscriptions are eligible to apply for refunds. From now until the service discontinuation, users have the option to back up their data locally using the client’s built-in tools or migrate it to WorkBuddy via the official website portal. Successful data migration will entitle users to a subsidy of 1000 points. Moreover, new users who have not previously paid for WorkBuddy and opt for a single-month membership for the first time will be granted additional points as a welcome gesture.

Starting from 00:00 on March 24, 2027, the official authorities will erase all user data, with the exception of information that is legally required to be retained.
