On September 22, Wang Xiaohang, Chief Technology Officer of Ping An China, introduced the latest progress in AI computing power infrastructure and business implementation at the 2026 Yunqi Conference. Over the past year, Ping An's computing power has increased from 800PF to 1500PF, with an average daily Token usage exceeding 300 billion, achieving a tenfold growth with a twofold investment. Full-stack optimization has yielded remarkable results, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Currently, AI has been deeply integrated into services and operations, with the number of users of AI quick services exceeding 100 million. In the first half of the year, AI agents covered 81% of the total customer service volume, and intelligent anti-fraud measures in property insurance reduced losses by 7.11 billion yuan.
