On September 21, addressing the community's concerns over security issues related to the ZCode product, Zhipu announced the completion of necessary rectifications and extended its apologies to the users. In a move towards greater openness and transparency, Zhipu has made ZCode open-source, placing the code under the vigilant eyes of the community. Following these rectifications, the Repo Wiki functionality has been discontinued in ZCode, and the links for creating and uploading snapshots of local repositories have been disabled. Audits carried out by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, along with NSFOCUS, have verified that the pertinent Alibaba Cloud OSS storage buckets have been thoroughly cleared, ensuring absolutely no data retention.
