On September 20, at Baidu Intelligent Cloud's Super Intelligent Agent Conference, Shen Dou, Executive Vice President of Baidu Group, stated that the implementation of industrial intelligent agents is not just about technological application but also represents an organizational transformation that will vertically penetrate enterprise operating, IT, and underlying resource systems. Enterprises need to achieve three layers of penetration: resources, tools, and organization. At the resource layer, flexible combination and scheduling based on task requirements are essential. At the tool layer, standard interfaces enable agents to achieve invocation, combination, and governance. At the organizational layer, a 'task-centric' approach is required to reshape cross-departmental collaboration, authority and responsibility, and risk control mechanisms.
