Regarding safety protocols, the program embraces an 'offline surveillance + shared accountability' paradigm. Here, permissions are intricately linked to declared usage scenarios, background traffic undergoes offline scrutiny, institution administrators are promptly notified of any irregularities, data is preserved for a 30-day duration in a strictly segregated manner, and is never repurposed for model training endeavors. At present, the program's accessibility is confined to teams and institutions.
