On September 17, 2026, Figure AI introduced the Helix 2.5 model, a cutting-edge innovation pre-trained on the extensive Index dataset of human behaviors. When integrated into the Figure 03 humanoid robot, this model empowers the robot to effortlessly carry out a variety of household chores, including room tidying, towel folding, and bed-making, even in unfamiliar domestic settings. This is achieved without the need for on-site data gathering or additional model adjustments. According to experimental results, the success rate for zero-shot tasks has soared from 8% to an impressive 56%. Moreover, the robot now requires only half the amount of task-specific data compared to its predecessor to acclimate to new environments.
