This lineup includes the KunTai A989 I5 standard server, the KunTai A989 I5 air-cooled super node, and the KunTai PoD2000 A5 liquid-cooled super node. These offerings are meticulously designed to cater to core AI business scenarios, such as large-scale model training and high-concurrency intelligent inference, delivering robust high-performance computing support for AI-driven intelligent advancements across diverse industries. Notably, the KunTai PoD2000 A5 single super node integrates 1024 cards, supports 256TB unified memory addressing, and achieves a thousand-card MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of up to 300 hours, surpassing industry standards by over 25%. By harnessing TB-level NPU interconnection with ultra-wide bandwidth and an ultra-low RTT (Round-Trip Time) latency of just 3μs, this product effectively overcomes communication bottlenecks within the cluster's computing and storage resources.
