Singapore’s SkillsFuture Singapore Agency has rolled out more than 200 AI-related courses, providing eligible Singaporean citizens aged 18 and above with a six-month complimentary subscription to cutting-edge AI tools, with options including services such as the Singtel AI Pass. Notably, three AI-native applications developed by the Chinese company MiniMax have been included in the Singtel AI Pass offerings. MiniMax’s proprietary multimodal models and AI-native applications have reached over 300 million individual users across more than 230 countries and regions worldwide, as well as over 2 million enterprise clients and developers in more than 100 countries and regions. Recently, Saudi Arabia’s HUMAIN company created an Arabic language model based on MiniMax’s M3 model, while Genspark leveraged M3 reinforcement learning training to introduce the Gen-1 model for AI-powered presentation generation.
