A Deloitte survey has revealed that nearly one-tenth of UK employees have used AI tools prohibited or discouraged by their employers, highlighting the growing conflict between employees and management over the use of AI technology. In the survey, 63% of employees said they had used AI tools at work to improve their performance or speed up tedious tasks. Meanwhile, 63% of the 25,000 respondents also expressed concerns that management might think AI could replace them.
