On September 15 (local time), Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, and Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, pointed out that current enterprise applications of AI tools are still in their early stages, and the potential value of AI in the economy is far from being fully realized. Amodei revealed that currently, only about 5% to 10% of the economic value of AI technology is being utilized. Benioff stated that approximately 7,000 Salesforce employees are already using enterprise tools integrated with Anthropic's Claude model, but the level of AI application varies across companies, and further assistance is needed to help clients accelerate their AI transformation.
