Runze Technology has revealed its intention to invest 1 billion yuan from its own coffers, acting as a limited partner, to subscribe to the Xiamen Shidai Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund. This investment will constitute 20.4081% of the fund's total subscribed capital. With a total fund size of 4.90001 billion yuan, the fund is set to concentrate on sectors including artificial intelligence (AI), embodied intelligence, technological applications, and other pioneering technologies. This strategic move has received the green light from the company's General Manager's Office Meeting, eliminating the need for further approval from the board of directors or a shareholders' meeting. Moreover, the investment does not entail any related-party transactions or significant asset restructurings.
