On September 10, 2026, Unitree Technology announced the comprehensive open-sourcing of its new-generation general-purpose humanoid robot foundation model, UnifoLM-WLA-1.0, with code, models, and datasets released simultaneously. Leveraging large-scale multimodal perception and comprehension data, combined with an interaction-centric world modeling mechanism, the model significantly enhances spatial perception and understanding capabilities. In multiple embodied reasoning benchmarks, the model outperforms domestic and international open-source models and even rivals leading closed-source models. Real-world robot testing demonstrates that a single model can coordinate 64 tasks, covering tabletop operations and full-body mobility, while supporting cross-task and cross-end-effector generalization.
