Without a subscription, users must wait until the following day to utilize the features again. The Meta One subscription service, which was rolled out by Meta in May of this year, bundles a host of AI-related perks and personalized in-app functionalities. This development represents yet another step by Meta to integrate AI features into its paid offerings, following the introduction of the Meta Verified paid subscription service in 2023. With this strategic move, Meta now finds itself in a more direct competitive stance against photo-editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop. Nevertheless, the market's response—specifically, whether consumers are inclined to pay for Instagram's AI-based photo-editing tools—remains uncertain and will unfold over time.
