The financing scale has successfully reached tens of millions of US dollars. This financing round was co-led by Trustar Capital and Decheng Capital, with additional participation from Fortune Capital and the Zhongsheng Xichuang Dingqi Fund. PointStone Capital acted as the exclusive long-term financial advisor for this transaction.

Leveraging its innovative dual-wheel-driven technology that combines "AI + Physics," Nullicell Biopharma is dedicated to addressing challenging drug targets. The company’s p53 Y220C small molecule reactivator project has already entered international multi-center Phase I clinical trials and is poised to advance to Phase II development. This project holds the potential to become the world’s first drug with pan-cancer treatment capabilities.

In addition, Nullicell Biopharma has initiated its NRF2-targeted covalent allosteric molecular glue project. The company plans to commence Phase I clinical trials simultaneously in China and the United States in the fourth quarter of 2026. The proceeds from this financing round will expedite the refinement of its AI + physics computing platform and the advancement of its core drug pipeline, propelling AI-driven new drugs onto the global market.
