On the evening of September 11, the Chengdu Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau announced via its official WeChat account that, in a bid to foster the high-quality growth of the artificial intelligence sector, it has collaborated with the Chengdu Municipal Commission of New Economy to formulate the 'Chengdu Token Voucher Implementation Plan (Trial) (Draft for Public Comment)'. This draft is now open for public consultation over a 30-day period. The plan meticulously outlines the eligible entities, subsidy criteria, designated token voucher service providers, as well as the application and redemption procedures. Notably, the subsidy support through token vouchers for any single entity is capped at 30% of the actual purchase amount (with a 50% subsidy available for micro and small enterprises), reaching a maximum of 2 million yuan. Additionally, the total annual distribution of token vouchers citywide is not to surpass 100 million yuan.
