In reaction to these allegations, a spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce emphasized that China is open to engaging in constructive and professional dialogue with the United States, adhering to the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. Nevertheless, should the United States attempt to stifle the growth of Chinese AI companies under the guise of combating model distillation, China will take decisive countermeasures.
