Youdi Robot (03231.HK) made a triumphant debut on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, opening at HK$35 on its first day of trading—a remarkable surge of 142.21% from its offer price. This translated into a paper profit of HK$4,110 per board lot. The stock also demonstrated robust performance in grey market trading prior to its official listing. The public offering was oversubscribed by a staggering 140 times, with a one-lot allocation success rate of 24.5%. Meanwhile, the international placement attracted 0.99 times subscription. Through this global offering, the company raised approximately HK$576.6 million in net proceeds.

Founded in 2013, Youdi Robot specializes in full-scenario commercial service robots, offering five major robot product lines alongside an AI vision model platform. According to revenue figures for 2025, the company ranks as China’s third-largest supplier of commercial service robots, commanding an 8.9% market share. As of March 2026, cumulative robot sales surpassed 114,600 units. In recent years, the company has achieved sustained revenue growth while progressively narrowing its losses. Its investor base includes renowned enterprises such as Alibaba, Legend Capital, SenseTime, and iFLYTEK. For this IPO, entities affiliated with SenseTime and 58.com participated as cornerstone investors, with Yin Feng Global Investment serving as the sole sponsor.
