On September 8, Zhao Shanqi, Chairman and General Manager of MacroMicro Technology, revealed at the performance meeting that the company has made significant strides in the AI computing power sector. During the reporting period, the GaN 650V 30mΩ chip successfully passed certification from AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) power supply customers and has started to ramp up production gradually. Concurrently, the company has forged a collaboration with a premier North American power equipment customer in the AIDC field, focusing on UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and server power supplies. Notably, the SST products have already completed sample delivery.
The company's revenue growth in the first half of the year was propelled by heightened downstream demand in sectors such as new energy vehicles, wind and solar energy storage, industrial control, and AI computing power. However, it's important to note that the current proportion of AI-related business in the company's overall revenue remains minimal. Subsequent sales volume will hinge on customer demand and the progress of mass production implementation.
