Amazon has commissioned banks to arrange its first GBP-denominated bond issuance, with the transaction potentially launching as soon as Wednesday. According to anonymous sources familiar with the matter, Amazon plans to issue bonds with maturities ranging from 3 to 19 years. JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, HSBC Holdings, and Natwest Group Plc will handle the issuance.
