Recently, Wonderful, an Israeli-Dutch enterprise-level AI startup, announced the completion of its Series C funding round, raising $550 million and catapulting its valuation to $5 billion. The round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining the investor lineup for the first time, and existing investors also choosing to participate. Additionally, investors purchased $170 million worth of shares from the company's employees and early angel investors through the secondary market. Notably, in March of this year, Wonderful had just completed its Series B funding round, raising $150 million with a valuation of $2 billion. In less than six months, its valuation has soared to 2.5 times its previous level. Wonderful is led by two serial Israeli entrepreneurs and was founded in early 2025, with its headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Currently, the company's flagship product is the AI operating system Wonderful AI OS for large enterprises, which includes four core product categories and features a modular design that is compatible with existing enterprise technology stacks and supports multi-environment deployment. Additionally, Wonderful deploys on-site engineers to assist clients in implementing their first application scenarios. Currently, Wonderful's business spans over 35 markets, with approximately 100 enterprise clients. Its current growth is primarily driven by regions outside the United States and Canada. The company's annualized revenue is around $70 million, representing significant growth from a year ago. Wonderful currently employs approximately 650 people and plans to expand its workforce to over 1,000 by the end of the year, primarily hiring on-site deployment engineers. Additionally, the company plans to launch programming agents and tools to replace some traditional enterprise software. Wonderful's model of combining an AI operating system with an FDE team ensures both platform capabilities and product delivery. However, the key to achieving scalability will be whether its workforce expansion can translate into stable revenue.
