As per the acquisition agreement, NVIDIA is set to remunerate Hugging Face's shareholders with a combination of cash and stock valued at around $11.9 billion. Additionally, the company will earmark approximately $1 billion in incentives for Hugging Face employees who opt to join NVIDIA.
