On August 31, Beijing Kling entered into capital increase agreements with the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Chia Tai Robot. The National Artificial Intelligence Fund poured in RMB 1.4 billion, while Chia Tai Robot contributed around USD 19.29 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 131.45 million). These investments correspond to registered capital amounts of RMB 1,097,518 and RMB 103,047 in Beijing Kling, respectively. This accounts for roughly 1.14% and 0.11% of the expanded registered capital, assuming full utilization of both the subscription and the authorized limit for the subsidiary's share participation plan. On the same day, Beijing Kling also inked a shareholders' agreement with the two investors, granting them repurchase rights.
