Transitioning from laboratory validation to a commercial closed-loop system involves five key steps. Industry leaders have already undergone real-world training and are now on the verge of widespread deployment. For example, the TIANGONG 2.0 and TIANYI 2.0 humanoid robots from the Beijing Innovation Center for Humanoid Robots have undergone nearly a year of testing at the Foton Cummins factory, making the transition from sports arenas to industrial settings. Galaxy General's heavy-duty robot, Galbot S1, has been operating non-stop, 24/7, at the Ningde factory for approximately three months. Additionally, 8 Zhenyuan's Genie G2 robots worked for six consecutive days, ten hours each day, at the Nanchang factory, completing over 64,000 tasks with an impressive 99.99% success rate. Despite these achievements, scaling up operations and achieving a commercial closed-loop system remain unresolved challenges, and the industry is still at a crucial stage of breakthrough.
