On August 30, 2026, at the 2026 Medical Artificial Intelligence Innovation Forum, Ruijin Hospital, in partnership with Huawei Cloud, introduced RuiPath 2.0—a cutting-edge AI model tailored for pathology. Boasting 7 billion parameters, this model encompasses 19 prevalent cancer types, executes 205 diagnostic tasks, and provides more accurate interpretability indicators. Moreover, a streamlined variant, RuiPath 2.0 Edge, was also presented, designed for seamless deployment on conventional hospital PCs. Presently, the model has been successfully implemented in over 90 hospitals across the country.
