JPMorgan Chase is engaging with potential lenders regarding a $5 billion debt financing plan to fund the construction of AI data centers for Volta Infra Holdings Ltd. The company secured $300 million in venture financing earlier this month, valuing it at $2.4 billion, with the aim of assisting tech companies in acquiring AI chips. According to statistics, since last year, companies have borrowed approximately $600 billion for data centers and other AI-related investments.
