Xinyun Life Sciences Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinyun Bioscience”) has recently announced the successful completion of its angel round financing, raising tens of millions of yuan. This funding round was exclusively backed by the Yifeng Zhuohua Fund. Founded in March 2025, Xinyun Bioscience is dedicated to advancing medical technology with its groundbreaking product, Neuro-IVUS. This system represents the world’s first cerebrovascular interventional ultrasound diagnostic system, engineered to deliver high-resolution images of the vascular inner wall and tackle the technical hurdles in cerebrovascular interventional diagnosis.

Neuro-IVUS has successfully undergone pre-registration animal trial validation and is now poised to enter the clinical registration phase. The freshly acquired funds will be strategically utilized to drive multi-center clinical trials forward, pursue Class III medical device registration with the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), and foster early-stage technological布局 (translated as “planning” for better readability in English) alongside research and development efforts for the ultrasound brain science application matrix.
