On August 22, the second World Humanoid Robot Olympics commenced at the National Speed Skating Oval. In the 400-meter (small-size group) final, Tiangong Omni clinched the championship, completing the race in a remarkable 45.66 seconds. Its distinctive "face-covering run" posture was autonomously developed by the robot through iterative simulation data analysis. Standing at a height of 1.35 meters and weighing 39 kilograms, this robot boasts impressive load-bearing capabilities, making it well-suited for a variety of scenarios, including navigating narrow spaces, performing emergency rescue operations, and providing home services. Moreover, it features an open secondary development system designed to reduce barriers to research and development, thereby fostering accelerated application innovation and iteration.
