On August 18, Alibaba Cloud officially commenced operations at its third data center in South Korea, and at the same time, rolled out its Agentic AI suite of services. Gendive, an AI firm headquartered in Gwangju, has incorporated Alibaba Cloud’s video generation models, including Wan and HappyHorse, into its Agentic WorkOS platform, DevDive. This integration enables businesses to automate tasks such as document analysis, as well as the creation of visual and multimedia content, within low-code or no-code settings. In the meantime, Zepeto, managed by Naver Z, a subsidiary of Naver, utilizes Alibaba Cloud’s infrastructure to facilitate real-time 3D avatar creation and immersive interactions across the Asian market.
