The AI video generation platform Higgsfield, established just two years ago, recently announced a $400 million funding round from investors including DST Global and Goldman Sachs, propelling its valuation to $5.4 billion—four times the $1.3 billion valuation eight months ago. Officially launched in 2025, Higgsfield's annualized revenue reached $700 million by August this year, up from just $20 million a year earlier. Currently, the platform operates in 238 countries and regions worldwide, boasting over 30 million users, with the United States as its largest market. Higgsfield's revenue structure has undergone significant changes, with a substantial increase in the proportion of income from enterprise clients. In January this year, enterprise clients accounted for less than 25% of revenue, whereas now the majority of revenue comes from them. Hundreds of brands have leveraged its video generation capabilities to adapt to rapid content iteration demands and reduce costs. The funds from this funding round will primarily be used to secure computing resources and invest in enterprise-grade products and security infrastructure, as Higgsfield shifts its focus toward enterprise marketing clients.
