Concrete actions encompass creating a reliable data environment for the sector, gathering and annotating pertinent data; broadening and improving intelligent computing resources, and instituting a dedicated computing power pool tailored for robots; and implementing edge computing nodes to establish a multi-tiered computing power provision system. Concurrently, it endorses the development of a public service platform for digital twins and simulation testing, establishes shared foundations to forge a research and development testing ecosystem, and leverages application platforms associated with advanced manufacturing centers to deliver 'one-stop' industrial services.
