On August 12, Hongyi Culture Group and AIROBO PTE. LTD jointly declared the formation of a new joint venture, AIROBO (HK) LIMITED, marking their entry into the realm of robot platform operations. In this strategic partnership, Hongyi Culture Group commands a majority stake of 70%, while AIROBO holds a 30% share. The joint venture has further established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ainuo Bo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., within the China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. This subsidiary is set to function as an autonomous operational entity in mainland China, shouldering the responsibilities of business development, technical operations, and customer service for the robot platform. The financial outcomes of both the joint venture and Ainuo Bo (Chengdu) will be integrated into the group's consolidated financial statements, reflecting their combined performance.
