As reported by TechCrunch, on Monday, Rippling, an HR software company, initiated a lawsuit against AI infrastructure startup Runlayer, alleging that Runlayer had infringed upon three of its patents. Interestingly, just a month prior, Runlayer had already taken legal action against Rippling, accusing the latter of contract breach and theft of product ideas.
