Xiaomi has formally commenced its 2027 global campus recruitment campaign, focusing on attracting newly minted graduates from universities both domestically and abroad who are set to graduate within the period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The company is presenting more than 17 distinct job categories, with product development and research positions constituting 70% of the total offerings. Remarkably, the demand for AI-related roles has witnessed a 50% increase compared to previous recruitment cycles, spanning a diverse array of fields and projects, such as large language models and intelligent devices. Recruitment activities will be conducted at various R&D centers across the globe, with the cutoff date for online applications set at December 31. Candidates are permitted to apply for up to two positions; however, only one application will be processed concurrently. In recent times, Xiaomi has consistently ramped up its investment in the AI sector.
