Aoshikang released an official announcement addressing the abnormal fluctuations observed in its stock trading. Specifically, the company's stock witnessed a cumulative deviation, with daily closing prices surging by 20% over three consecutive trading days, spanning from August 5 to August 7. In recent times, the market has displayed a keen interest in business collaborations within the AI industry chain, especially those involving prominent companies such as NVIDIA, Google, and AMD.

Following a thorough internal review, Aoshikang confirmed that, as of now, it has not entered into any order cooperation agreements with either NVIDIA or Google. Regarding its business collaboration with AMD, the partnership is still in the product sampling stage and has not yet yielded substantial revenue. The outcome of client certification for this collaboration remains uncertain.

Looking ahead to 2025, the revenue generated from the company's AI server-related products is projected to constitute less than 1% of its total revenue. Meanwhile, revenue from AIPC-related products is expected to make up approximately 7%. At present, the company's AI-related business contributes negligibly to its overall revenue and profit and is not anticipated to significantly influence its operational performance.
