According to reports, Dark Side of the Moon plans to submit an application for a Hong Kong IPO as early as this month, with an expected fundraising of around $3 billion. Recently, the company just completed its Series F financing of over $3.5 billion, with a post-investment valuation reaching $35 billion. As the financing amount far exceeded the target, this round of financing has concluded ahead of schedule. The Series G (Pre-IPO round) financing, originally scheduled to begin in August, has commenced early, with the pre-investment valuation rising to $50 billion.
