He emphasized that every job consists of multiple tasks, and AI automates the repetitive and rule-based parts rather than eliminating entire positions. Taking customer service representatives, radiologists, and software engineers as examples, while AI can handle tasks such as answering phone calls, interpreting medical images, and writing code, it actually enhances work efficiency, leading to an increase in the number of positions or an elevation in their value. Huang believes that AI will drive a leap in social productivity and create more job opportunities, rather than causing large-scale unemployment.
