Zhejiang will establish itself as a strong province for high-quality development in the digital economy, building a modern industrial system with artificial intelligence as a key variable and advanced manufacturing as the backbone. By that time, the added value of core industries in the digital economy will account for 14% of GDP, forming more than three digital industry clusters with scales exceeding RMB 1 trillion, and becoming a national pilot zone for innovative development in the digital economy.
