On July 21, 2026, the Intelligent Computing System Architecture Alliance was officially inaugurated under the auspices of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. Pioneered by Shanghai INESA Intelligent Computing, this alliance is a collaborative effort involving 23 leading enterprises from various segments of the intelligent computing industry chain, including Jieyue Xingchen, Xiyu Technology, Iluvatar CoreX, Biren Technology, T-Head, Cambricon, and ZTE. On the same day, the alliance also unveiled the "Specification for Super-Node System Architecture." Headquartered in Shanghai with a nationwide reach, the alliance's day-to-day operations are overseen by the INESA-ZTE Joint Laboratory.
