On July 21, Dongguan Daruix Electronics Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300976) disclosed that the Shenzhen Zhuoyuan Daruix Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), a fund in which its fully-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Ruichuang Future Investment Co., Ltd., has made an investment, is set to expand its fundraising. The total committed capital will rise from RMB 102.01 million to RMB 128.01 million, with the extra RMB 26 million to be subscribed by seven new partners. Notably, Daruix Electronics’ subsidiary, Ruichuang Future, will not increase its capital contribution in this round of expansion and will retain its initial investment of RMB 42 million, which represents 32.8099% of the fund’s total size post-expansion.
