1. **Facilitate Cross-Border Data Circulation and Curate High-Quality Datasets**: Promote the seamless flow of data across borders and the creation of superior datasets.
2. **Enhance Interconnectivity of Intelligent Computing Infrastructure and Offer Inclusive Intelligent Computing Services**: Strengthen the interconnection of intelligent computing facilities and ensure the availability of inclusive intelligent computing services.
3. **Foster an International Open-Source AI Community to Encourage Technology Sharing**: Establish a collaborative international open-source community for AI, fostering an environment of shared technological advancements.
4. **Deepen 'AI+' Collaborations to Propel Its Application and Empowerment Across Diverse Sectors**: Strengthen 'AI+' partnerships to drive its application and empowerment in multiple fields.
5. **Co-Establish a Collaborative Training Mechanism for Digital and AI Talent to Provide Diverse Talent Support**: Jointly develop a training mechanism for digital and AI professionals, offering a wide range of talent development opportunities.
6. **Jointly Develop a System of AI Standards and Norms to Ensure Standard Interoperability**: Collaborate on creating a unified system of AI standards and norms, promoting interoperability across different platforms.
7. **Establish a Joint Security Governance Framework to Prevent Technology Misuse and Abuse**: Work together to set up a security governance framework that safeguards against the misuse and abuse of AI technology.
