China's Cyberspace Administration: 988 Generative AI Services Have Filed as of June 30

According to the official WeChat public account 'Cyberspace China', during the period from May to June 2026, a total of 120 newly introduced generative artificial intelligence (AI) services successfully completed their filing procedures with the Cyberspace Administration of China. Applications or functions that directly leverage the capabilities of these filed models through API interfaces and other methods are registered by local cyberspace administrations. During this period, 68 new registrations of such applications or functions were also finalized. As of June 30, a cumulative total of 988 generative AI services have completed the filing process, and 598 applications or functions have been duly registered.
