A team of scientists from Virginia Tech in the United States has developed an AI model named RNAbpFlow, which excels in RNA structure prediction tasks, comparable to DeepMind's AlphaFold 3 under Google. Moreover, RNAbpFlow does not rely on extensive evolutionary sequence databases, holding promise for accelerating the development of RNA-targeted drugs. The relevant research findings have been published in the latest issue of the journal Nature Methods.
